Tenant Application and References

Once you have completed the tenant application form, we will begin the referencing process, which will include an employer reference, landlord reference, affordability check and credit history check.  We charge an admin fee of £150, which includes the cost of your check in inventory.


The deposit of 1 months rent so it is dependant on the rent you will pay per month.  We ask for a £200 holding deposit, which will hold the room for you whilst we carry out referencing.

Term of Contract

The minimum term contract is for 6 months.  After that, we require 30 days notice if you decide to move on.  Shorter term contracts can be discussed dependant on circumstances.


All of our residents are full time working professionals looking to share with other, like-minded professionals.  We look for residents who are friendly, professional and respectful to others and their home. Our aim is to create a happy and well-serviced household for all of our residents.

Unfortunately we do not currently have any rooms which are suitable for couples and we cannot accept pets in any of our properties.

Rent and Bills

The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license and high speed broadband. There are no others or charges.  Most of our properties also include parking.

Rent is due upfront on the 1st of every month via standing order.


All of our properties are fully furnished in every room and include all kitchen and cooking appliances.  We also have a cleaner that attends every 2 weeks to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy.

  • Housing Benefits or Job Seekers Allowance Tenants
